At Voxcan, we perform a variety of characterized murine tumor models, both subcutaneous and orthotopic, liquid or solid, ranging from glioblastoma, pancreatic, gastric, ovarian, colorectal, leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma to custom-made tumor models. In particular, our team has strong experience in establishing orthotopic models, such as the implantation of colorectal tumor cells directly into the cecal wall.


Our approach of using non-invasive in vivo imaging (bioluminescence, CT, micro-CT) enables to follow tumor progression and metastasis longitudinally, reducing the number of animals used and measurement variability, refining procedures and ultimately saving time and costs.


We are proud to accompany the development of the latest immuno-oncology therapies by providing high-technology inflammatory readouts (flow cytometry, luminex and RT-qPCR analysis). Our team has over 6 years of experience in evaluating CAR-T cells efficacy, biodistribution and GvHD for our Pharma and Biotech clients.


By combining bioluminescence and fluorescence in vivo imaging, we can also follow compound biodistribution in the same animals and whether it colocalizes with the tumor process.
